Martin Loughman

Martin or "Marty" Loughman received his Bachelors in Fine Arts degree in Computer Animation from Lesley University in the spring of 2020. He has had a fascination in history since he was in the Fifth Grade. He also was in the drama club for two years in college and considers leading tours to be a merging of both these fields.

Before Marty became our lead docent, he created a digital tour of the Birthplace second floor and attic where the family and girls who worked in the Anthony mill slept. It is now available exclusively at the museum's kiosk. In another project he assisted the museum with the short film called Mill Girl Musings, which is available through the Museum's YouTube page.
